Request the information packet

Our information packet includes detailed information about our mission, vision, programs, tuition, fees, and other important details. We encourage families to thoroughly review this packet to ensure that New Heights Learning Collaborative aligns with your family's values, beliefs, and desires before beginning the enrollment process

Enrollment Interest Form

Once you have read through the packet and decided that New Heights LC is the right place for your child, please complete the interest form. This form allows us to learn more about your child and is the first step in setting up a family interview.

Family Interview

Family interviews for enrollment at New Heights Learning Collaborative serve to deepen our understanding of each student and family. These conversations help ensure that our program is the right fit and allows us to tailor our approach to meet the unique needs of each learner. Completing the family interview secures your spot on the waitlist. With only 12 spots available, this step is vital to secure enrollment for the upcoming year.

Enrollment Offer Letter

Within 48 hours of your family interview, you will receive an offer letter via email. Upon receiving your acceptance offer letter, you can complete the enrollment forms to secure your spot for the upcoming school year. Please note that offer letters will be sent in the order of the waitlist, so completing steps 1 - 3 promptly is crucial to securing your spot.

No, payment is not required to secure your spot on the waitlist; completing your family interview is all that’s needed.

This depends on how quickly forms are submitted and the scheduling of the family interview.  Generally, we call within 48 hours of receiving your enrollment interest form to schedule the family interview, and offer letters are sent within 48 hours after the interview.

Typically, offer letters are sent via email within 48 hours of the family interview. While the interview secures your spot on the waitlist, completing the enrollment forms is what secures your spot in the program. Offer letters will be sent in the order of the waitlist. 

You will not be asked for any fees until the final step in the enrollment process. When you receive your offer letter you will get a link to enrollment paperwork. You will be asked to submit a $50 application fee at this time along with the $150 supply fee. These fees secure your enrollment for the upcoming year. Your first month’s tuition will not be billed until August 1st.
